In about 2 weeks i am starting a Deca cycle I am not taking anything else with it but later plan on stacking for optimal results. What type of cycle and how much should i intake on a weekly basis.
STATS
I am 24, 5'11, 160, 12.5% Body Fat. I spend about 2-3 hours in the gym a day, and I basically eat anything in sight.
