I had a friend that swore it helped speed him up when he farted while running.

I just enjoyed doing it for those that were behind me.

today when I unloaded in my pants, I thought it was just a fart - but then it felt like so much more.
I held off for a bit since I was near home.

I only wish someone had been behind me.
