looks like it. The rest of thse guys there all work out, nobody has developed pecs like those guys do in the "before" pics if they dont work out. Plus in all the after pics they are all posing and sucking it in. Youd be suprised how much different i look if i strike a pose, hold my breath and suck it all in. Thats why i think all these supplements are Bullshit, ehy cant we compare apples to apples and keep the before and afters in the same positions.

I remember seeing her years ago at the Night of Champions taking pics with her fans and her cleavage's fans. She was one of the first women called 'fitness chick' so she knows what she is doing in terms of getting into shape. Extra supps don't hurt either.
Btw I wish I knew her.
