marathon supplements

hello !

i'm trainning for a marathon (28 october)
this month is hard (450km trainning)
I rest one day per week (tuesday)
I feel tired !

is there any supplement that can help me recover ?
Does creatine can help ?

You should try carbing up, there are also some carb based energy drinks out there that you can have before/while/after you run. I am not a runner so I dont know too much about endurance types of training but generally if you write down your diet, training, and think about other things going on with your lifestyle you can come up with some changes that will keep you improving.
 
I'm not a huge runner either, but I find that after a really hard cardio session, a good carbup helps alot! I would use liquid carbs directly after your training, and the follow it up with some hearty solid carbs about anhour or so after your done (oatmeal, perhaps?) I find that the liquid carbs get used pretty fast and help some initial recovery, and the solids kind of keep the ball rolling.
