Many Questions.

I'm curious about a few things, I've been doing some research on cycles and there are a few things I don't understand. Any help or answers would be appreciated. Incase it matters my stats are -

Height - 5'9"
Weight - 215
Bodyfat - Approximately 16%



1. I want to run a cycle sometime over summer. Ideally I would like to cut down in body fat...the problem is I've read that your first cycle has the largest possible mass gains, is this true? I would rather lose fat but I wouldn't want to "waste" the opportunity to make massive gains in size.

2. What would the experts here recommend for a first timer looking lean out? Mind you I am very wary of sides and I am nearly positive that I would be prone to gyno. I was considering a Winstrol/Anavar Cycle - What would be the major downsides of taking these two for a newbie cycle? Also What Anti-Es and post cycle drugs would you recommend for a Winny/Anavar Cycle...also what are some preventative measures I could take to minimize sides?

3. Does anyone know where I can educate myself on the use of needles and determining what size you need for what type of gear you're using?

4. Do calories while on A.S. work the same way calories from regular bulking/cutting cycles work? I would plan to do a CKD while on a cutting cycle - is that safe? Sorry if this sounds stupid.
