lol, its not milk, just a touch of fluid (like the size of a pin head).
I have to squeze all around the nipple then the nipple to get anything out. You dont need bad gyno to get it, just increased prolactin levels or slight gyno.

I get it too on doses of 75mg/day of tren or more. Tren seems to be the only substance that causes this for me, so I'm guessing it's the prolactin. A little clearish white fluid will drip out if you squeeze the nipple, barely any but you can see it. Bromo keeps it contained but I need to take 5mg/day any less and it's not enough for me.

My nips act up on Tren as well, no fluid just always hard and a bit puffy. Bromo seems to keep things in check.

I've had the same thing on higher doses of tren. No noticable gyno (meaning a lump), but nips can get puffy and have had a clear liquid ooze out. Actually had a chick notice it once... she woke me up to ask me what it was. Haha I can laugh about that now, but I was embarassed at the time. Anyway, 10 mg of nolva a day seems to take care of it.
