The only problem I have with the NOW malto is that it says it is derived from maltodextrin...so that makes me wonder.

This is what vitaglo has on it: "Carbo Powder is a 100% pure complex carbohydrate from maltodextrin."

So it comes from malto...but what it is and what is its GI rating?

Also, 1fast400 has this in its description of the same product: "Carbo Gain is a 100% pure complex carbohydrate supplement derived from maltodextrin"

But the stuff is cheap, almost too cheap, that part of it is undeniable I just question the quality.l

hmm, on the ingredients of my 7lb tub it says "100% pure maltodextrin from corn"

That's weird...you can check the sites if you want, I didn't lie. I do wonder why the sites have different descriptions than the actual bottle though

yea I remember seeing it listed that way on vitaglo.com but then i looked on NOW's website and it clarified it for me.
