I've found men to be more direct

I've never had problems with male supervisors
females...oh man, it gets better as they get older, but when they're young...
of 3:
1 was a vixenish slut (mid-20s) - she was hot and she knew it
1 was a good for nothing soccer mom (mid 20's - i know, complete ditz all she does is badmouth others all day, gossip and does shit)
I had 2 great female supervisors but they were 40+

Not true... but women DO have the tendency to take/make things personal.

Sorry but someone that is ruled by there emotions and not by logic is not going to make a good leader.

Women are a little dodgier in that they wont come out and directly make their point - so more tactfull.
