Once you have the powder in hand, the easiest method of using it for fat loss is to dissolve it in water @ 10mg/ml. You can start by taking it on an empty stomach 20min prior to exercise 10-20mg. I would strongly advise you to start low(10mg) since the sides of taking too large a dose are very uncomfortable. You can work up to your tolerance level or 20mg as you go. I would also recommend not eating for a while exercise since insulin will suppress the lipolytic effects.
