what would happen If you were to put the component th in a coffee grinder first and grind up those pellets into dust then add it to the "magic" solution per instructionc? would this speed up the process or just be a waste of time.

It'd work fairly well if you could most of the powder out of the grinder. The smaller the pellets are to dissolve, the less wait time. Heat also helps (put your vial in hot water)

I'd say you'd lose a lot in the grinder. Why not just dump them in a bowl and crush them with the back of a spoon for 10 minutes? You can can the powder pretty fine if you take a few minuntes to do it. After you add the fine powder to the magic solution, put the bottom half ofthe bottle in a bowl with hot water in it (hot water bath) and swirl every minute or so. You should get it pretty well dissolved that way.
