Making Bacterostatic water?

Can you get away with useing a .45 whtman to filter the water or is a .22 necessarry?? Dont have a .22 handy and want to make TNE...any other ways of doing this maybe a coffe filter??

The water for the contact lenses works pretty good to.
you can buy it also, is cheap.

BW is BA and sterile water. If you buy sterile water, why filter it? Sorry, maybe I'm just not fully understanding your question. I've made it just using <1% BA and Sterile water mixure.
