Making a transdermal 4-ad

Is there any instructions for this anywhere? I've done a search but came up empty.

Amount of powder per liquid?

Best delivery liquid to use?

I've used Androspray 2 cycles before but am unable to find it to purchase. And I was never happy with the oral results.
