Making 125ml, 150mg/ml Fina?

A couple friends and I are thinking about going in on the 10g Fina kit and 10 cartridges to go with it. A says you can make it up to 200mg/ml by lowering the amount of oil. Does this mean we can put the 10 carts in the 10g kit and make 120-125ml of Fina at 150mg/ml?

Its cheaper that way since we can just buy seperate 50ml vials at 1.50 a piece and divide up our finished "super fina."

I've only made the regular 75mg/ml. Is it really that simple or am I missing something?
