I just finished a cycle about a month ago of Test/Tren. Gains were decent and since coming off I have been dieting with a high protein/low carb diet. The problem is that my elbows and my knees are killing me. I can't even do tricep pressdowns with 50lbs because of the pain. It feels like it is more the tendons that are just above the elbow than the joint itself. I just started taking glucosamine chondroitin, but it won't be really effective for some time. Any suggestions on what I can do about this. I am only 26 and too young to be in this much joint pain!
