just curious about about maintaining weight

is their a certian limit on carbs ,and restrictions as cutting???

can i have carbs at all 5meals except for the 6th meal before bed??

should cals always be slightly lowered than maintain weight?

i think the most important factor is how many calories you are taking in, most it is 15 X bw. other than that i would try to get your carbs in early but i dont htink it would really matter if you are getting carbs in your fifth meal out of five, as long as you divided your carbs up evenly between your meals and your not eatingg an excessive amount at this meal.

okay cool thx, just a few more weeks of cutting, switching to maintaining and new workout routine.....maybe do circuit training

but for diet im real excited:P
dont know whats it gonna consist of, but i know it wont be that strict

Not really as long as your overall diet is balanced, I shoot for around 50%carbs/25%pro/25%fat.

Definitely! IMO even right before bed is OK; overall calories is more important than carb timing. You're not gonna store it as fat unless you're over-consuming.

Why? Then it would be cutting (slightly). Aim for maintenance, you'll never hit it precisely anyways. Besides for most of us a "maintenance" phase only lasts a couple weeks until the next bulk or cut phase! Incase you're interested, here's a weight maintenance calculator from my web site to help determine your maintenance calories for your: http://www.nutri-tracker.com/calorie.htm

I like your calculator.
For me 6'4" 250, 10bf it spat out a reading of 3366 cals per day.
This in fact is about what i take in to maintain my body weight while lifting 5 days a week and doing cardio
most other online calculators i've seen tell me i should be taking in no less than 4800 calories or so
i don't even bulk with that many calories cause anything over 4000 and i start to put on fat rapidly, even while on AS

Cool! It's reassuring to know it's fairly accurate... of course it's not a perfect science. It's more of an educated guess, but it's a good place to start for somebody who's not sure.
