Mail In 3rd World Countries..

be very careful sending anything from such countries.
i've seen many cases where packages are never sent...
probably because the employees know you're foreigner and just there on a visit.

so they pocket the money you spend on shipping, open the package, and you cant do shit about it... see they know you wont be back there again.

such occurences can happen with ems and regular mail.

i havent heard of such cases with fedex, ups, or dhl though... but i wouldnt suggest using such services anyways.. at least not for supplements.

its nice to be part of the western world..
dont take your rights for granted!
