today is day 12 on tbol and uped dosage to 80 mg and it is the end of week 2 of 400mg of eq and 100mg eod of prop......best gym day so far

What are your lifts like?
 
well bro i am only workin out with the 70lb dumbells for flat bench
60lb dumpbells for incline and
45lb for decline
but ha have added 3 reps to each set and went from 3 sets to 4

but i feel great and have added alot of strength in 2 wks

i only elaborated on bench bc i did chest and tri today and feel great after getting out of the gym today
 
keep up the good work jon. are cycle is kinda simular. Im on week 2 of 500mg tren e/ prop eod 100 mg and gonna start anavar week 4 50mg a day for 6 weeks. I hope I see good results from the tren because i was originally gonna take eq but i opted out cause I wanted to run 8 weeks. I heard eq makes u pretty vascular. Update me in a few weeks when it kicks in let me know how ur doin. pm me.

Is that your chest routine? If so, I would look at changing it.

i think he was just being general..

Personally, I don't care much for decline bench -- i think heavy, weighted dips are a better substitute.

My typical chest day is:

flat bench
3 sets of 6-8 heavy, slow reps

3 sets of flys on the pec deck or cable crossovers, again 6-8 reps with a lot of muscle concentration

3 sets of incline bench...6-8 heavy/slow

and 2-4 sets of weighted dips anywhere from 6-12 reps

i throw the flys/crossovers in between flat and incline to give my triceps a little break so that i can maximize my lifts

also, i alternate between db's and bb for my lifts every 3-6 weeks.

i also throw in some pullovers when i am feelin' extra energized :p
 
yes i am thinking its the prop and tbol strength is up...nothing huge but up...i felt really good in the gym that day thats pretty much what i was saying
 
same for me bro no var though i will be throwing winny in at the end of cycle... 50mg/day 4weeks
 
throw in var, winny is hard on cholesterol and the joint pain is a bitch. wait till the eq kicks in and your veins start to grow
