Personally, I don't care much for decline bench -- i think heavy, weighted dips are a better substitute.
My typical chest day is:
flat bench
3 sets of 6-8 heavy, slow reps
3 sets of flys on the pec deck or cable crossovers, again 6-8 reps with a lot of muscle concentration
3 sets of incline bench...6-8 heavy/slow
and 2-4 sets of weighted dips anywhere from 6-12 reps

i throw the flys/crossovers in between flat and incline to give my triceps a little break so that i can maximize my lifts
also, i alternate between db's and bb for my lifts every 3-6 weeks.
i also throw in some pullovers when i am feelin' extra energized
