Hey guys, question.... for those who want to build mass to their body is macrobolic nutrition something to be effective and give results in a short period of time? If you follow it to the letter how long does it take to start seeing results? There is a book out about this, like how to eat for anabolic gains.
 
The food you eat is comprised of macronutrients and micronutrients.

Macronutrients include proteins, carbs, fats and alcohol.

Micronutrients include the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc that foods contain. Although they do not provide any energy themselves, they are very important for optimal health.

Base your diet on the macronutrients you need, but use whole food protein sources to meet your macronutrient requirements so you also get all the micronutrients needed as well.
