Macro....GT thermogenic limit

Is there a point of diminishing returns in regards to GT thermogenisis?

Would 1000 EGCG produce greater heat then 800 for example or is it like ephedrine where more will not necessarily produce greater results.

unknown.. though point of estimated apex of dose to results is somewhere around 400-600mg ecgc
