Is there a bf percentage at which yohimburn will be most effective?

I'm assuming that someone over 20 or so would see little or no results, while someone at 5 or 6 preparing for a show would definitely see results.

In other words, is there a point where one is too fat to get any benefit from it?
 
you can get good results no matter what bf percntage you are. i was like 13% when i started dieting, i used Yohimburn with NYC and i got awesome results. generally, if you are leaner, the results will show better though.
 
if you read my most recent thread entitled "? about yohimburn" i had a similar question. I am at around 15%bf and was told i will get optimal results if i have more fat.
 
is there a point when yohimburn should stop being addministered for best results and then cycled on and off or is it a simple use it till your happy with the results ?

simply use it till your happy with the results.. though you may want to cycle off for water retention reasons.. and some people just like to take a break to avoid stagnation.
