Macro Breakdown?

Is it possible to lose weight eating a diet made up of about 48% pro, 20% carbs, 32% fat as long as your kepping total calories below BMR? I guess what I'm wondering is that only total calories in vs. calories out is what matters for losing weight?

I think that more important then the macro breakdown, is the timing and meal plan. Based on your macro breakdown i see one of the most important aspects would be equally dividing your fat among 5-6 meals. I see nothing preventing you from achieving considerable fat loss. I am currently following a macro profile of 30% carbs, 45% pro, 25% fat in addition to a thermogenic twice daily and i am dropping between 1.5 and 2 lbs per week.
 
the total amount of calories is what matters most, so you are fine if u r eating about 500 less than your maintenac.e
