I think that more important then the macro breakdown, is the timing and meal plan. Based on your macro breakdown i see one of the most important aspects would be equally dividing your fat among 5-6 meals. I see nothing preventing you from achieving considerable fat loss. I am currently following a macro profile of 30% carbs, 45% pro, 25% fat in addition to a thermogenic twice daily and i am dropping between 1.5 and 2 lbs per week.
