I've done a 2 on/off/on cycle along with 4-AD transdermal. I suggest front-running some 4-AD or test for a week before using the M1T. M1T has been known to cause lethargy, loss of libido, acne, and major bloat. The 4-AD or test will counter lethargy and/or loss of libido. It all depends what sides you are most prone to. Some have reported crazy strength gains, most have reported little strength with lots of size gains.
I would start with 10mg daily and work up from there if you don't feel anything after 1 week. This is a very harsh and toxic prohormone, which is why you want the smallest, most effective dose. Your liver will take a major beating during this cycle, so NAC or milk thistle is recommended during your cycle or PCT. Some people even get their liver values checked. Blood pressure is also a serious side. Hawthorn berry, fish oil and garlic can help keep blood pressure in check. Keep your sodium intake low while on M1T.
As far as keeping gains, it's all in the PCT. You need to keep your calories up and continue to train hard. The water weight will go away and should reveal some added lean muscle. I made serious lean gains and kept most of my strength. Creatine would be favorable during PCT. I would have Nolva included in your PCT regimen while using 6-OXO, trib and ZMA. I personally would have Nolva on hand for any gyno or progesterone symptoms while on cycle.
I know of a few people whose sex drive was blasted by this stuff. Even months following a proper PCT, their balls weren't working properly.
