What is your opinion on buying boneless chicken for here?
Where do you get your meats from? I am in Oakville ontario and looking for a good source of meats.

Go to costco. I buy them there. family packs. I think they are around $25.00 for approx 10-12 breasts. But the main thing is that they don't loose size when cooked. They are lillydale. YUMMY!! I think they might be $12.50kg or something like that.

But if you want a really good deal, drive up to Maple Lodge Farms, North Winston Churchill and you can buy then in 5lb fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts. Make sure you buy the fresh ones, the frozen ones are filled with salt and water. I would go there, but I prefer the taste of the lillydale and I am dieting so I am not eating the way that a male bulking would eat.

BTW, M&M's plump up the chicken with water.

And also, if you go to costco, they have amazing red meat. I get the eye of round and make a lean roast. 100% Angus Beef and it is cheaper then the grocery stores.

i usally stick with sobeys, buy it on sale and put it in the frezzer.
