Starting to feel a little lethargic from M1-T. Has anyone had experience combating it with coffee and/or diet soda? If so how much how often did you find optimal.
Also..why does lethargy set in? I assume the M-1t encourages the body to spend energy in other ways that it normally would but is there a more complete explanation? I have searched the web without luck.
