Lunchtime....

thin-sliced beef tenderloin with sauteed onions, a slice of fat free cheese, on a lo-carb tortilla. i'm taking a break from the tuna salad today. :)
 
still 3 hours away for me, btu I'll be having 2 cups brown rice, 16 oz of chicken breast, salsa and 1 cup peanuts
 
Chicken and rice baked with cream of mushroom soup mixed in and dried onion soup sprinkled on top.
 
I'm in the pre-lunch stage with the egg whites, guacamole, hot sauce and some pretzles.

Lunch'll be chicken breast in angel hair pasta and alfredo sauce with steamed vegtables.
 
leftover spaghetti/meat sauce, milk

Nope. just eat 2-3 carb meals a day now. Trying to stay lean through summer. Don't really care if I loose more fat or not.
