Lumps in my chest

I am on a Test/NPP cycle.

Test 500mgs wk 1-12
NPP 450mgs wks 5-11

About week 2 I started getting these 2 fairly decent size hard like rocks under my right nipple. I'm on week 5 now. My nipple was also sensitive. I had gotten these at the end of my last cycle (I jumped on Nolva and they went away, or so I though). Anyway, I upped my dosage of Adex to 1mg and ordered some letro. I'm now taking 1.25mgs Letro and .5mgs Adex ED. The sensitivity is gone but the hard lumps are not. Should I go to a doctor and get it checked out? I mean I stare at my chest everyday to make sure I'm not getting gyno and am paranoid I'm going to get bitch tits. Not sure what I should do. I'm going to continue with the rest of my cycle but these lumps are worrying me.

My training partner has had the same thing on tren - stay away from nolvadex - his went away with cabergolin/letro. Another friend had it and didn't do anything but AIFM and E-Form... they went away also... but took longer.

how much nolva did you take and why did you stop taking it?
