This is the second time I injected winny into my shoulder and couldn't get the liquid to come out.
yesterday, inject into shoulder, push the plunger like a madman b/c the winny wouldn't come out and realize if I press any harder I'm going to break the pin. So I pulled back on the pin, tried injecting again and winny goes in smooth. Except, now there is blood in my syringe.
Luckily I had a little injection soreness but that was it.
This morning, change shoulders, pin goes in and again I can't get the damn winny to come out. Pull back, winny goes in and I pull the pin out. Maybe a tiny spec of blood, but I always get it during a shoulder inject. About 5 hours later, and I have a huge lump on my arm and soreness.
My questions:
1. Am I doing something wrong that I can't get the winny to inject, maybe going to deep?
2. What can I do about this lump? Is hot wet towel and massaging the area proper protocol?
