lump after injection?

after every glute shot i have a lump for about 2 days is this normal or is there a way to avoid this?

I always have s amall lump of sorts, like a little knot, but it goes away after a few days. I have heard lots of guys say they get this on a regular basis, but it has never caused me any problems. I have tried injecting slower and massaging and wet heat, etc and it may help reduce the lump a bit but it is always there for me.

Just massage it with a warm cloth really hard for about 5 mintues...make sure you do this though after every injection..it helps..

You may need a longer pin. Sounds like it might not be getting all the way in the muscle. I always use a massager right after words and have never had a lump.

Yeah, just takes longer.

I doubt you're not hitting the muscle tho (unless you've got a lot of ass fat and using a very short pin).

I get those lumps everytime with prop and it fades. So far, ntohing to worry about.
