The luiquidez from ag guys has a dropper that reads .25ml .5ml etc. how much will i need for a sust 250 cycle 500mg/week. ? Some places say to use .25mg can i just use the dropper's .25ml dose?

use a a syring to measure the product out, 1ml is 1 mg.

You can start with .5mgs arimidex ED and bump to 1mg ED if you see the need.

Make sure to have nolvadex on hand and your PCT ready.
