For the heck of it, I just measured my biceps.......13".....is that considered pretty good for a woman?? I know the guys are always going on about their numbers....

I checked out your profile pic........wow! You look strong!! What kind of competition are you going to do??

Type your message in blig blank box.
Scroll down until you get to a shaded blue box called "Additional Options" (it is below the Submit New Thread buttons).
Click on "Manage Attachments". A box will pop up.
Browse on your computer to add pictures. You can add lots of pictures.
Click "Upload" when done. Make sure you do this, or your pictures won't be attached.
When it says "files uploaded", close the window.
You'll be back to the thread - and you'll see your attachements there.
Click on "Submit New Thread".
Done!

Believe it or not my tape measure goes down to 1"......but that's for a Barbie doll.,....
