LSP Suspension, has it gotten better?

I used LSP suspension before and LOVED the results but I couldn't even get it through a 21g needle...I've heard of others having suspension that can fit through a fucking slinpin. My source only has LSP for suspension, have the newer batches gotten better? ED injections with an 18g needle gave me the biggest bump on my butt (literally..softball sized) and don't want to do that again
