Lr3 IGF-1 Experiences

I have just started digging into research on Lr3 IGF-1. I just thought I would post to see what some of you guys have done with it. What have your impressions been? What you've used it in conjunction with, etc....? Feel free to bare your soul to one and all.

I used it solo for four weeks awhile back. Not overly impressed at all. Maybe noticed tad better pumps but not much really. At 42 years old from the things I read I really expected more. I used stuff that was already reconstituted in BA. I am going to try again soon but will recon my own in an acetic acid solution. I have read of tons of people who loved it though. Many times it seems the more drastic effects are in the older folks.
