i've run it at 300, 400, 600, 700 a week, i find 600 is optimal, but next cycle in march, will be higher. will be 800/wk for 10 weeks w/ prop, EQ, winny, proviron, AIFM, clen and t3. it will be sweet.
i ran it at 200 the first week, 2nd week 200, 3rd week 400mgs and 4th week 400, 5th 400 and 6th week 200. I gained 10 pounds and kept 8 of it for until my next cycle and I have ran about 5 cycles previous to that one.
