Ok I've done about everything to lower my BP besides Rx drugs.
I took it 6 months ago and it was 140/90
I quite dipping, drinking beer, no supplements at all
I'm currently doing:
2 CLoves garlic a day
45 min cardio day
1h weight training a day
low sodium diet
no junk food
flax/healthy oils
BP now 180/88
It's worthless if you have high BP Rx drugs are about the only thing that will help you. I'm looking to get it down before I start my winter bulk cycle. I do not want the sides that come with BP medicine.
