hey everyone...for a while now (ever since i've began using real man weights for my size) when working out, the bottom right of my back seems to hurt alot. While doing shoulder presses (seated) today with each rep on my left arm it would hurt more. Then i did the standing up hitler salutes (for shoulders) and same part of my back hurt. What am i doing wrong? i made sure my back was firmly against the back rest on the seated press. is there a pill i could take to make the pain leave? help please. (sorry if anyone posted this already btw, i don't look in this forum much).
