lower back pain....

it seems like everytime i run anything i get lower back pain. is this just a coincience or is it a side effect?

What are you taking? Liqui-Cialis has a side affect of lower back pain if you take too much. Maybe you are not using proper form on your excersizes? many things can cause back pain

From talking to massage therapists and athletic trainers the main cause of lower back pain is tight hamstrings and or gastrocs/soleus. Stretch stretch stretch.

Of course, it's not limited to that, but a good place to start..

It was man.. I mean, I can't tell you how many times I've had back pain from a bitch with a fat ass fucking the shit out of me.. Especially them clubrats.. Get them bitches on some X or some G (their choice.. I just wanted to clarify things so I don't get bombed again ) and that's all she wrote man.. You're guaranteed to have back problems the next day.. But THAT'S good back pain..

lower back pain can be a sign of kidney issues... this question just came up on another board as well...

if you are talking about EVERYTHING you do, including when not using orals, then it would be a muscular issue...

IF it is coming up on cycles including orals, or orals in general (some non-steroid orals can do it) it could be a sign of kidney issues... important to drink enough water, take milk thistle etc etc to help kidney function
