Lower back pain..........bloating?

Big_Nims

I seem to bloat on just about anything I take, eq, deca, test, dbol.
I get horrible lower back pumps, from water retention, and find it very hard to do any cardio, aside from the exercise bike. Even on Arimidex at 1mg a day, I stil have this problem. Should I up the amount of Arimidex or switch over to Femera? I've tried everything to eliminate this bloat, diet, more water, nothing seems to work, guess I'm just suceptable to it. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

Jesus dude that does not sound that good. You might want to check with your doctor. Lower back pain can be a sign of Kidney problems. Get your shit checked out just to be safe. It could be nothing but it does not hurt to be on the safe side.

Thanks bro, but its not a kidney problem, its definantly lower back. It dosnt hurt sometimes, only when I try to walk too far, or do cardio which requires me to stand for too long, hell even walking in the supermarket makes my lower back pump(hurt).

same boat

just gott alive with it

sucks ass but part of the game.....i use to play hockey 2x a weeek im retired till this cycle is over

you think its water retention ? ?? ? I m holding no water byt i know EXACTLY what yuor going through

I don't think that it's from water (I use too.)

I am taking Nolvadex (20mg ED), Aromasin(ED) and Dostinex (2x per week) and I still have lower back pumps. I doubt that I could be holding water while being on all that!

I am on Deca and Test only right now and I have only gained 12 lbs this cycle.....(8 weeks)

What the hell is it then? I was thinking that it was water in between the disc's of the lower back, causing the problem. Someone has to have an answer, there has to be something that we can do?

The pain your talking about is probably due to water retention in your erector spinae ( the muscle that runs vertically along either side of your spine). If you persist in D-Bol usage you could look into regulating your water unfortunately this will probably effect the strength gains you would get from the D-bol ultimately effecting its overall potential to build mass.

Dboll lower back pumps are painfull as hell!

I dont know how many times I have had to leave the gym because I was stuped over.

I take a couple of aspiren before I work out, does the trick for me.. Anything like tylanol is bad news while on..

I get those D-bol lower back pumps alot. They've never been so severe that I had to stop a workout, but I often will have to sit down between sets, especailly if doing something like deadlifts. It definitely helps just to take the load off of your back between sets.

when i was on d-ball about the 3rd to 4th week i was shoveling some mud and i wasen't even a couple of min. into it and my lower back started to hert
