Low Test Levels-need advice.

A friend of mine on my baseball team is 19 and has low test levels due to high mercury content. The doctor prescribed him 50 mg ( .4 cc ) doses of testosterone creme, which also contains 25 mg of DHEA. He's been on for 6 months and his levels have gone from 320 to 430. Most men have a level of 800 at his age. He is very interested in Sustenon and has come to me for advice. I usually have most of the answers for my teammates when they come to me for advice. I am stumped on this one. Basically, what I want to know is if he takes a cycle of omnadren and maybe naposins, will he crash too low afterwards? Should he take the creme while on? In my opinion, since the doctor says he will have to take the creme his whole life, he will eventually be prescribed test. So then it will only be beneficial, right? I mean, thats why they make the shit. I just don't want anything abnormal to happen. I would feel responsible. All advice is appreciated. Thanks iron brothers.

Right, but should he continue his prescription during his cycle? Since the creme is testosterone and he has to take it post cycle anyway, what good would clomid do? If clomid would help boost his natural levels, would'nt the doc just prescribe him that instead of steroids?

Well heres what clomid does.
Clomid stimulates the hypothalamus to, in turn stimulant the anterior pituitary gland (aka hypophysis) to release gonadotrophic hormones. The gonadotrophic hormones are follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH - aka interstitial cell stimulating hormone (ICSH)). FSH stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone, and LH stimulates them to secrete more testosterone. This feedback mechanism is known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-testes axis (HPTA), and results in an increase of the body's own testosterone production and blood levels rise, to, in part, compensate for the diminishing levels of exogenous steroids. This is vital to minimise post cycle muscle losses.
Its Ideal after a steroid cycle to bring back naturall test that has been supressed by AS use.
I suggest he uses the cream post cycle with the clomid. No need while he's on IMO.

I wouldn't use the cream at all during the cycle. You are raising your test level WAY above what it is now, what is a little test cream gonna do? I'd take clomid for 5 weeks post cycle and hit a few hgc shots also. I'd also take tribules at 10x the dose on the bottle.
