Hey guys. I currently take weight gainer protein as a supplement with my meals. The reason is I have IBS, and can't eat as much as some other people looking to bulk up. The problem is, the product I take (All The Whey) has 31 g of sugar per serving size (600 calories). I usually take a half serving at a time, but take this multiple times per day. If I were to take 3 servings in a day (maybe feeling sick this day, maybe on the run) that'd be over 90 g of sugar. That can't be too good.
So basically, I'm looking to see if there is an equally cheap whey protein that has less sugar, but the same quality (whey isolate and no just concentrate, the carbs, the calories, the servings).
