So whats the deal with this stuff? I like it, and it is made with some really good veggies and if you get the low salt one, it says it is 1 and a half the amount of vegetables needed in one day. I like salads and some veggies, but is drinking this a joke or does it really give you a solid source of real vegetable vits and minerals? I try to drink one a day and wonder if it is a waste of money. Thanks for any feedback you can provide.
