Nasser El Sonbaty said many times before that he don't need too much protein on the off-season maybe 150g or even less but on pre-contests he needs too much protein around 300-400g
I tried to do the same, after I was eating 2 big chickens everyday with no progress, I ate nothing except half a chicken everyday but increase the carbs intake like hell
I went up 20lbs in 1month, I surprised with the gains and strength as well, now I'm cycling Protein, Carbs and everything
Any comments
