low or high calories

im more concerned about maybe losing some bf and putting on
maybe 10lbs of muscle. iv never used tren before. heres what im
doing.

tren 75mg ed for 8 wks
test 500mg for 8 wks

im in my first wk, and i thought about dropping to dosages
down a little. because i cant put on too much size to quick.

maybe to
tren 50mg ed for 8 wks
test at 400mg for 8 wks

what do you guys think would be best for the goals i want on
this cycle.
 
Well if your not trying to put on to much size then lower your daily caloric intake....It's almost impossible to get bigger and leaner at the same time, so you need to decide if your going to Bulk or cut....Good luck
 
how should i run the gear if i only want about 10lbs of muscle
and lose some fat.
or is that possible
 
yeah your stats and number of cycles please

pending that info, id tell you to go lower on the tren because this is your first time and it is harsh. if if was you i would use 50mg eod.
 
this will actually be my 3rd cycle the first was test only at 400mg
for 8 wks and the 2 was test and eq at 400mg for 8 wks. last cycle was about 3months ago.
beginning weight before cycling was 150lbs now im 193lbs but dont know bf%
i have beenn lifting for 6 yrs and im 25 yr old.
i have never used tren before . so this will be my first try at it.
 
If I were you I would track my calories on a daily basis and maybe consume 300-500 calories per day more than usual...This way you may lose a little bodyfat and actually may be able to put on a few lbs of muscle....What you are trying to do is very hard to do...Only the genetically gifted can usually put on muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time....I wish you luck

Yep. Either the enetically gifted, or for those of us who are not, that's what GH is for. :)

Bro', why not put on just a bit of fat during the cycle so it will allow you to pack on more muscle, then take some Clen at the end of the cycle? Not only will it burn some fat off, but it will also work as a great anti-catabolic agent when coming off-cycle, helping to protect the new muscle you just put on.
