Since I eat Isocaloric, I eat full-fat yogurt. There's some school of thought that claims that the active cultures in yogurt eat up the sugars. Personally, if you're not on a keto diet, I say go for it. Yogurt's a great source of calcium and protein.

For my diet really it depends on the time of day ( i restrict carbs in the eveing but not post workout) etc.
Why not go for sugar free yoghurt? Less cals and perhaps you could eat two??
