Low Doses- Who REALLY Grew From Them???

Who has used low doses and REALLY grew(25-30lbs) from them on their first cycle(ie.Test@250mgs a week, Deca@200-300mgs a week, and Dbol@25-30mgs a day? Any experiences???
 
i did one bottle of ganabol (eq) a while back and gained about 20 pounds. mind you i was bulking. i did this in 8 weeks. ;) i get by on low doses though but everyone is different. i personally have never gone above 640mg a week in any cycle so far. next cycle though coming is gonna be a little over a gram. hehehe :p :D
 
no joke, I gained 20 soild pounds from sus 250 at 250mg a week for around 9 weeks, I did throw a little deca in there but not much. I am a firm believer that to remain as healthy as possible for as long as possible we should take only what we need to see the maximum results and maintain them as well. my upcoming cycle: enanthate, deca - will be a little more serious.

I think what did it for me was the mindset the J put me in. Just thinking about what I was doing: sticking myself, made me take the whole lifting thing very seriously. I was always terrified of pins. To make the gains you need to have the mindset to go along with it. its all about how you eat, how (and how hard) you train, and much needed rest. when those things are in place, along with just the right amount of the J, you make serious gains that are much easier to maintain then when you stick 1g of test + all this other shit every week.

After a long illness I had lost 20lbs of natural muscle. I used 250mg sus or enanthate per 4/5 days and 20mg dbol per day. I had all my weight back in 4 weeks. I also hadn't trained in a year!!! I continued to gain.. I got 28lbs in all.... I kept 22lbs ish...
 
i most definatly make gains with small ass dosages...aslong as your training is intense and you dont overtrain eat right and/rest properly.

currently on 1 sust amp a week (first test cycle) and up 15 lbs in 2.5 weeks using arimidex....

finishing with fina at 75eod...ill prolly get about 20lbs of pure muscle with minimal fat gain. obviously i react extremely well to anabolics. oh and my bench is up 20lbs.
 
The reason I ask is a NPC national bodybuilder thats about to get his pro card advised me to do this cycle- Test@250mgs for 10 weeks, Deca@200mgs for 10 weeks, and Dbol@30mgs a day for the first 4 weeks. He said he gained 40lbs from it and kept 28lbs. I told him I'm 6'4" 245lbs and he said it didn't matter because no matter what size we are, we all produce the same amonut of Test, naturally. Do you think I can get typical first cycle gains from that cycle(ie.25-30lbs)? Or should I go heavier? What do you think?
 
My Opinion

is that I wasted a lot of time and money doing those low dose beginer doses. I will have to say I have seen some people do great on them. A total waste of time for me! High dose is is THE shit!
