low dose winstrol and hair loss question

Ok, if going on a hardening/cutting cycle and using say 15-20mg day of anavar and 15-20 mg a day of winstrol, would that small amount of winstrol affect hair loss much? especially if using 1/4 tab proscar EOD and Shitloads of saw palmetto extract. if it will be detrimental to the hair, its probably better to just use anavar i suppose. but i was thinking these two are known to help with the fat loss/hardening effect. i suppose the "don't use oral only" law wouldn't apply if one was just looking for maintaining muscle (hopefully adding some too) and losing fat.
