Low dose Test E cycle...please advise

My stats are:
6 foot
weight is 160 to 170
I am about 10% BF
Monday: Legs: squats, leg press, leg extensions, calf raises
Tues: Chest: Incline or decline benchpress, flat barbell press, flyes, cable crosses
Wed: Back: Sitting back rows, lat pull downs, high or low hammer rows, weighted back exntensions
Thurs: bis/tris: barbell curls, tricep rope extensions, hammer curls, nose breakers, rope curls, V bar tricep extensions, free motion isolation bicep curls
Fri: shoulders: Standing military press, side raises, shrugs, sitting incline barbell raises

I am looking to do a low test. e cycle with 250 mg/week for 12 weeks. I might also throw a faster acting ester in the beginning to jump start the cycle. This is my second cycle..my last cycle was back in 2005 and I did Sustanon 250 for 10 weeks. I was stupid and a noob and did not use PCT. Lost my gains and got acne scars on my chest. I have been working out on and off for about 4 years now. I am looking just to add a little size and strength as I know 250 is a low dose but I also want to stay lean. I also mountain bike a lot and stay pretty active so it is really hard to put on the mass with my metabolism and my activity. Wondering what my PCT should look like with this low dose? I will have Arimidex on hand if needed. PCT Im thinking will be HCG 500iu/day for the first three weeks along with Nolvadex 20 mg ED for a total of 6 weeks. Is this overkill on the PCT? Is this enough test to put on some added mass and weight while helping to not be so catabolic with my workouts?

250mg a week for 12 wks is fine for your 2nd cycle. with a test only cycle you dont need hcg really. you can get away with clomid and nolva.
 
Think Im gonna use HCG 1500 IU every 5 days for 3 doses, starting on the last week of my last injection but later in the week. If I inject on Mondays, I will start the HCG maybe on Friday and take 1500 IU every 5 days for 3 doses. Should I start my Nolva on the week of my third HCG shot? I want to be sure I got good PCT down.
It will look like:
Weeks 1-12 250 to 300 (have not decided) of test e every Monday
Week 12 Friday: HCG 1500iu
Week 13 Wednesday: HCG 1500 iu
Week 14 Monday: HCG 1500 iu, Begin Nolva 40 mg ED
Week 15 Nolva 20 mg ED
Week 16 Nolva 20 mg ED

Bro with your height/weight you'll do fine with 250/week for a long time. Just FYI, my first cycle was 250 sust/week all I had was clomid PCT. Now I'm not recommending that, but I made awesome gains and kept most of it. There are a few things I would do differently but yea you're on the right track. Although to make most efficient use of your HCG you'll need it throughout, thogh what you have planned will help also.

Only other thing I can say here is eat like a horse bro. Your frame is substantially underfilled and your gonna need calories, lots. I'm talking, double-western-bacons, large pizzas, and gallon tubs of ice-cream.

Should I use HCG in small doses, 300 to 500 iu every 4 to 5 days while on cycle instead of HCG at the end? I know I have to eat to get big but I need to keep it clean, right? I want to add some mass but I want to be pretty lean. Should I be eating tubs of ice cream and double cheeseburgers?Actually I wanna like about like your avatar. That would be my goal. If I could get there, I would be good to go.

Well PCT and proper use of HCG is always evolving, but as of now I think PP has a pretty legit veiw of how it should be done. The finer points can be argued but yes small frequent doses throughout is ideal. Also, if you have always eaten right, (including days when parents fed you) and you were still thin, then you're an ecto (as I am), and you're gonna be hard pressed for gains. Now I never want to get fat, but when I'm trying to put on mass, I dirty bulk. Pizza ice cream but mostly red meat. Cheeseburgers is kind of a joke but it comes down to calories bro --cal in > cal out-- and for an ecto you gotta fuckin eat man, I mean EAT. This means my abs fade a little, but never over 15% bf. and I get them right back as soon as I start eating clean again. This should be true to you too. Also don't cardio while trying to bulk. It defeats the purpose.
 
i ran a 250mg/wk test e cycle with 200mg primo/wk and got some really good results. i think youll like it. i recovered well with hcg and clomid.

Did you run the HCG after? I think I am going to try and run the HCG in small doses during the cycle, as some have suggested. I will have nolva on hand for any problems that arise. I was going to run Nolva as my PCT for 4 weeks after my cycle. I hope this PCT works good for me. Did you keep a lot of your gains?
