My stats are:
6 foot
weight is 160 to 170
I am about 10% BF
Monday: Legs: squats, leg press, leg extensions, calf raises
Tues: Chest: Incline or decline benchpress, flat barbell press, flyes, cable crosses
Wed: Back: Sitting back rows, lat pull downs, high or low hammer rows, weighted back exntensions
Thurs: bis/tris: barbell curls, tricep rope extensions, hammer curls, nose breakers, rope curls, V bar tricep extensions, free motion isolation bicep curls
Fri: shoulders: Standing military press, side raises, shrugs, sitting incline barbell raises
I am looking to do a low test. e cycle with 250 mg/week for 12 weeks. I might also throw a faster acting ester in the beginning to jump start the cycle. This is my second cycle..my last cycle was back in 2005 and I did Sustanon 250 for 10 weeks. I was stupid and a noob and did not use PCT. Lost my gains and got acne scars on my chest. I have been working out on and off for about 4 years now. I am looking just to add a little size and strength as I know 250 is a low dose but I also want to stay lean. I also mountain bike a lot and stay pretty active so it is really hard to put on the mass with my metabolism and my activity. Wondering what my PCT should look like with this low dose? I will have Arimidex on hand if needed. PCT Im thinking will be HCG 500iu/day for the first three weeks along with Nolvadex 20 mg ED for a total of 6 weeks. Is this overkill on the PCT? Is this enough test to put on some added mass and weight while helping to not be so catabolic with my workouts?
