Although my experience is really quite limited (3 cycles), I'm a definate advocator of low dose cycles. I've found, as have friends, that above a certain amount, there's no noticeable difference - save your money for the next cycle etc...
I think that if you get good results from a lower dose, then by all means use a lower dose.
But before you even use the juice, you should make sure that your training and diet is excellent. Otherwise all the hormones in the world will not help you pack on size.
Yes ...me for one, and I know MANY that have had good results from low doses.
You can gain pretty well without steroids ,until you start getting close to your natural maximum weight(about 190 lean at 5' 9"..adding about 7 pounds for every inch above that)
IF you know how to train naturally and then add a little gear you will do very well. The problemis MOST men don't have a clue how to train naturally for mass because of all the bullshit in the glossy magazines. A lot of men do in fact need bigger doses because their training schedule will not allow for gains with low doses due to over training....so they pile on the gear and it helps more with recovery, but that only helps to a point.
So don't even look at the routines in those mags bro...train briefly with low volume , infrequently with no more than 3 days in the gym ie: MONE-WED-FRI on a three way split, and on the big basic movements , especially squats and some form of deadlift. Eat well and sleep at least 8 hours EVERY NIGHT and do minimal cardio like 30 min three times per week.
If you are not at least close to your natural max weight then forget about juice for a while. Then try test at 250-400per week for starters...no d-bol....no deca...just test.
I believe Quadsweep's first cycle was sust at 250 per week and he gained like 20 pounds.
