i'm a mesomorph, i hold it around my waist mainly. I'm very lean from the middle of my abs up and from my hips down. You can see my quads, hams, calves, triceps, shoulder, pecs, striations when i flex, pretty damn vascular too..I'd say i'm still at 12-14% though (being a little hard on myself too).
been talking to a prominent member of the board whom ive come to really appreciate, understand, and value his advice.. I want an open discussion though just to see how the general populace stands..
Test Prop : M-W-F, 50mg - 150mg weekly total
Primobolan : M-W-F, 100mg - 300mg weekly total
Equipoise : M-W-F, 150mg - 450mg weekly total
Previous cycle was Test E/P & Tren A, started at 500mg/300mg and worked up to 1000mg/700mg, currently just running 500mg Test E. I have another 5 weeks before 6months and the start of PCT.
