low carbing and creatine loading

I am going to be starting a low carb diet, and I just finished a cycle, and I want to start creatine to keep some gains. I know creatine works best with carbs, so when loading, how should I take it? With simple carbs 5 x's a day, or only with simple before and after workouts, or can I take it without carbs and still see results?
 
well if your cutting simple sugars 5 X a day is not going to be good at all, personally i dont think loading makes a difference long term, just strength increases come faster but loading or not loading after around 6 weeks you will still end up wtih the same results in my opinoin, so y not just take it postworkout with simple sugars which is fine.
