low carb peeps

Usually on low carbs I take my ephedrine and caffeine for energy which works fantastic but for the next while I gotta lay off the stimulants.

I was wondering if any of you have anything else you have taken that is good for energy boost.
 
Oh I thought you meant they were making Peeps (little sugar chickens) low carb and I was gonna ask how the fuck that was possible and if they were even more disgusting than the regular ones.

I just realized what you are talking about.

Those are what I give my nieces and nephews at Easter to wire em up hehehe

right now I'm only eating carbs on work out days, I ran out of maltodextrim so I'm only eating one carb meal (pre workout) 3 days a week. Once I restock then it'll be twice, pre and post wo, 3 days a week.

Something about caffeine and insulin sensitivity.. I don't think it's been proven though, but I haven't looked into LC for a while now.

Honey is simple sugar, aka not "low carb"



You said you are off caffeine, too? I was going to say drink a couple green tea's but the stim effect from the tea is caffeine.

I suggest just droppping the E, and just cutting the caffine intake in half. You don't really need to cycle caffeine as much as the E, IMO.

Dawgmo I don't think you'll find anything that'll give you a "boost" that isn't a stimulant.. unless you go skydiving or something..but that could get costly on a daily basis.

are you talking cns stimulants only here? if so you could take alcar/altyr/creatine/citruline malate... from the top of my head ...
 
DL-Phenylalanin @ 2 - 3 grms a day will help boost your energy levels. Nothing like a huge buzz but it keeps away the lethargic feelings from low carb.
